1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Thirty6, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Thirty6 is an AI-powered, gamified ACT preparation platform offering practice questions, adaptive learning recommendations, social leaderboards, and exam simulations. Practice questions are provided for educational preparation purposes only and do not guarantee any specific exam score or outcome.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any credentials used for third-party sign-in services (Google, Apple). Thirty6 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

4. Free Tier

Users may access up to 10 practice questions per day at no cost. This daily limit is tracked on a per-session basis. Thirty6 reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time without prior notice.

5. Premium Subscription

Unlimited practice access is available via a subscription at $19.99 per month, billed monthly. Key terms:

• Billing occurs at the start of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days in the period.
• No refunds are issued after a billing cycle has started (standard SaaS terms).
• Subscription fees are processed by Stripe. Thirty6 does not store payment card information.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

ACT questions and explanations on Thirty6 are curated for educational use. Thirty6 does not guarantee that content aligns with official ACT Inc. materials, or that practice performance correlates with actual exam scores. Thirty6 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ACT Inc. or any ACT-related organization.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Thirty6 — including but not limited to questions, explanations, answer keys, branding, visual design, UI elements, and copy — is the exclusive property of Thirty6 and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or otherwise extract content from Thirty6 for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract questions or content from Thirty6.
• Share, redistribute, or publish question banks or individual questions outside of personal study use.
• Attempt to circumvent question limits, authentication systems, or subscription controls.
• Use Thirty6 in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties.

Accounts found in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated at Thirty6's sole discretion.

9. Modifications to Terms

Thirty6 may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Thirty6 after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thirty6 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or cost of substitute services — arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Thirty6 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
